What Sleeps stores, who sees it and how to delete it.
What Sleeps stores
Only what it needs to draw and send your countdowns.
- From your Google account: your name, email address and profile picture. Sleeps never sees your Google password.
- Your timezone, so each new circle fills in on your morning.
- The countdowns you make: title, dates, colour and the message for the day itself.
- Sign-in sessions, including the browser and IP address they came from, so you stay signed in.
What people with your link see
The people you send it to.
The countdown, your first name and once the day arrives, your message. Never your email address or the rest of your account details.
What Sleeps doesn’t do
And where your data lives.
No ads, no tracking scripts and your data is never sold or shared. It is stored securely on Cloudflare.
Deleting your data
You can remove all of it yourself.
You can delete any countdown from its page. Deleting your account in Settings removes your account and all of your countdowns.
